Blockchain & Energy

Thursday, 27 September 2018 - 5:00pm to 6:00pm

How can the blockchain technology be used in the field of energy? Today and tomorrow. Revolution or just  hype?

Join us for a presentation by Dr. Christoph Sutter, live from Switzerland.

Dr. Sutter will explore the role of blockchain as a disruptive technology in the energy sector.

While the original application of blockchain was to facilitate the trading of cryptocurrencies, the technology can also be used to facilitate the trading of electricity. How blockchain can be applied - and whether it can live up to the hype - are explored in  this presentation.
